 Jubilee Park Community Building

 Spennymoor Town Council would like to offer the Jubilee Park Community Building for rent for a fixed term of 2 years, ideally the term will begin on 1st November 2020. The location and layout of the building presents an excellent opportunity for a diverse range of business uses. The Tenant will be responsible for all utility expenditure.

Viewings are strictly by appointment by telephoning 01388 815276.

Any Bid Submissions should be for a calendar year which will run from 1^st November to 31^st October each year and should detail a proposal for use of the building, incorporating a business plan (if applicable). Days and times of occupancy should also be clearly stated.

All Bids should be received in a sealed envelope and clearly marked. ‘Private and Confidential’ and ‘For the Attention of the Town Clerk’
